JOB SUMMARY

The Fold Legal has experienced significant growth and it’s a really exciting time to join the team. We are looking for a dynamic person to support the smooth running of our Sydney office.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

If you have a friendly and helpful disposition, with the ability to concentrate on detail while working in a busy professional office environment, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skill set. Playing an important part of this vibrant team you will:

  •   Be the first point of contact at our Sydney office and manage the image of our business to clients and visitors.
  •   Support the General Manager with administration function to ensure all system and business administration processes are attended to with timeliness and accuracy including maintaining client files, registers, databases.
  •   Support the Financial Controller with bookkeeping tasks including data entry to Lexis Affinity, credit card reconciliation etc.
  •   Provide legal secretarial support to a small team of lawyers, including preparing correspondence, reports and presentations.
  •   Assist with the preparation of training and presentation materials, updating brochures and maintaining the firm’s website and social media channels.

This person will play a vital role in our broader admin team which includes the General Manager, Brisbane Office Manager and a Legal Secretary.

To be successful in the role, you will need to be proactive, a self-starter and able to work independently. You will also need:

  •   Certificate III or above in Business/Business Administration
  •   Experience using Practice Management Software (e.g. LexisNexis Affinity /LEAP) will be a great advantage
  •  Intermediate technical competence in MS Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as an aptitude for using other software
  •   Professional telephone manner and personal presentation
  •  Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
