You have a successful track record in a private law firm, and are seeking a more flexible and innovative environment. Solutions focus and innovation will be key factors in your success.

A strong capability in managing client and referrer relationships and working collaboratively is vital. The ability to bring clients to the firm is definitely an advantage and will speed your progression.

This role is focused on:

• Corporate structuring advice and transactions including shareholders arrangements, joint ventures and sales/purchase of businesses
• Advising clients (particularly fintech startups) on capital raising, crowdfunding and venture capital
• Drafting, reviewing, advising and assisting to negotiate a range of commercial and financial services contracts, including insurance contracts

Depending on your experience and preferences, your diverse range of work may also include:

• Regulatory advice on the financial services regime including licensing, disclosure and regulatory challenges
• Financial services distribution, advice and marketing signoffs for general insurance and financial planning businesses
