For many clients, Felicity is a central part of The Fold experience. She directs them to the right expert, seeks out constructive feedback and makes sure they’re getting the services they need. When she practised law, Felicity most enjoyed building close relationships with clients and she’s certainly doing that at The Fold.
Establishing rapport and putting people at ease comes naturally to Felicity because she’s genuinely interested in them. Before you know it, she’s uncovered
your life story and understands exactly what makes you tick. Thankfully, she uses this knowledge only for good. Once a personal trainer, Felicity likes
to get out her whistle and coach people through challenging situations, helping them bring out their best and expand their skills.
Felicity’s deep understanding of what our clients want also drives our client engagement initiatives. She harnesses our team’s ideas and energy and then
turns these opportunities into a reality by building skills where we didn’t even know we needed them. This has made her invaluable, not only to our
team but to everyone she comes into contact with. She connects the dots so our clients, partners and referrers can access the people and tools they
need when they need it most.
Felicity approaches everything like it’s a marathon. She plans out her strategy and then diligently works towards achieving it, one step at a time. It’s
an approach she applies not only at work but also when she’s working up a sweat boxing or running. Originally from Perth, Felicity also enjoys getting
out and exploring her new home town
